Return Policy
For loose diamonds: you have 2 days to inspect your diamond. If you wish to return it you must call us as soon as possible. You will receive a return confirmation number that must be written on the returned package.  We will then instruct you as to how to send back the package insured so you are risk free. Any returned  package must be post marked within 2 days after receipt. Postal records will determine this. 

All merchandise has a 7 day money back guarantee and must be returned in the same condition as received.   Altered or tailored merchandise will not be returned.
For jewelry:  you must not remove the tag marked DO NOT REMOVE.   Any merchandise returned with this tag removed will be charged a restocking fee.  All merchandise must be returned in unworn or unused condition or a restocking fee will be applied.

Hand Engraved Designs: all hand engraved designs are custom made to order. Since each ring is specially made to your finger size, there is a 15% restocking fee for any hand engraved designs that are returned.

Non-Standard Sizing: any non-standard sizes are either not subject to return or will be charged an additional restocking fee, above any other fees that may apply.  The restocking fee is determined on a case by case basis and is dependant on ring style and finger size.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage while in your possession. Once received, and inspected to be in original condition, you will be given a full credit less shipping expense.
